Ukrainian staff — outstaffing / employer of record

We register and employ the people you choose on fixed-term employment or civil contracts and become the employer on record. Headcount stays off your books; labour disputes stay off your desk; replacements are fast.

Foreign staff — umbrella employment and permits

Foreign employees and contractors need a valid work and residence permit from day one; "three months without registration" is a myth that ends badly. We sponsor and obtain the permit, employ the person, run payroll and open the bank account — in short-term, medium-term and three-year variants.

Contractors — managed private entrepreneurs (FOP)

The cost-effective model for IT, trade representatives and consultants — if it is set up and controlled properly. We register the FOP under Ukraine's simplified 5 % single-tax regime, open the dedicated bank account, invoice in English and Ukrainian, handle currency-control paperwork, tax reporting and archiving, and keep the arrangement defensible in your home tax jurisdiction.

Why not do it yourself

Three risks of the do-it-yourself route

Ukrainian employment law favours the employee and is enforced formally; an HR set-up run by a secretary is found at the first inspection.
Freelancers and agency representatives are not your staff — they can take clients and know-how with them. Employed through us, they work for you only.
A contractor whose FOP you don't control may be working for others in parallel, may not be deductible in your home country, and may be reclassified as your employee. Managed FOP fixes all three.
