Founded in 1914 as a grocery store and a catering company from the very beginning in 1960, Brunckhorst is now one of the most experienced and top-performing event caterers in northern Germany – and still a family business. The Brunckhorst family business has been around for more than a century. Founded in 1914 as a grocery store, it became a self-service store with party service in 1961. Little by little, places like the Volksparkstadion or the Alte Altonaer Fischauktionsalle were taken over and catered for. Other event locations were added, such as the Altonaer Kaispeicher or Pier 279. After 2 world wars, various currency reforms, the turn of the millennium, and various pandemics, we are proud to be one of the most experienced and top-performing event caterers in northern Germany today.
