History

Clarus Eastern Europe has been working on the Ukrainian market since 2004.

Our core business is recruitment of Ukrainian professionals for foreign start-ups and international establishments in Ukraine with focus on middle management and executive positions.

Managing director of Clarus Eastern Europe is Clara Bodin. Ms. Bodin is a Swedish citizen with experience of working, living and studying in CIS countries since 1994. Her professional experience in Ukraine started as a business consultant for Swedish companies through the Swedish Trade Council in Kiev and later as the Recruitment Manager of Relacom Ukraine.

Today Clarus Eastern Europe is situated in central Kiev and employs eight recruiters and two researches.
