SECURITY OFFICER/INTERNAL AUDITOR for International Financial Services Company (SOIA260110GG)

An international financial services company is looking for a Security Officer/Internal Auditor with wide financial industry experience. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities: Ensuring high-level security of the company and its processes. Investigation of individual fraud cases and background checks upon request of the CEO. Mapping of risk areas and procedures of direct concern. Development of the Risk Management framework on: business processes; HR processes; data and policy handling; payments and procedures. Development of internal audit policies. Collaboration with all the departments within HQ and the Regional Officer.

Requirements: University degree. Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position in financial industry. Sound knowledge of financial services company internal procedures & processes. Good understanding of financial reporting. Knowledge of 1C system is crucial. Fluent English. Analytical mindset. Team player. Good communication and negotiation skills. Readiness for business trips (30-40 % of working time).
