PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR: Power Generation Industry (PAPI260810PD)
A big international company, a leading supplier of process control solutions for the power generation and water treatment industry is looking for a Project Administrator for its projects in Ukraine. The position reports to Process Automation Manager and is responsible for independent handling and processing of commercial contracts, starting with commercial acceptance of an order through to delivery of the product and invoicing of the customers.
Responsibilities: Conduct contract reviews such as commercial terms and conditions, export / import regulations, warranty commitments, penalties, required certificates and commercially accept and process orders. Organize all bank related matters: Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, bonds, insurance certificates. Place orders for materials from intercompany and / or third-party suppliers as well as maintaining communication with them and follow up on their timely delivery, process all order scope & cost / price changes. Ensure the backlog is at all times up-to-date with the current situation, handling of issues that arise. Organize transport; maintain contact with forwarders, customs agencies etc., and control of freight invoices. Ensure correct delivery of goods and invoicing of the customers. Make sure that all procedures related to export compliance are followed. Manage the proper accounting and tax rules in Ukraine for representative office and for regular legal persons. Monitor all assigned project activities and advise project manager of any issues which may affect schedule or billings. Circulate reports which define upcoming commercial milestones and commercial performance. Develop knowledge of legal implications, restrictions and contingencies applicable to sales contracts.
Requirements: Degree qualified in Economics and / or Business Administration. 5 + years of experience in Projects / Contract administration. Strong experience in Communication area, documentary managing of Purchase order and Sales contract. Fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian languages. Good computer skills. Willing to work in a team.

PROCESS START UP ENGINEER: Power Generation Industry (PSE260810PD)
An international company, a leading supplier of process control solutions for the power generation and water treatment industry is looking for a Process Start Up Engineer to run the company projects in Ukraine. In this role the candidate will apply complex engineering knowledge in support of the design and analysis of the technical products and / or services and will perform a variety of functions as related to the installation, commissioning and optimization and tuning systems.
Responsibilities: Providing of technical direction of the Field Engineering portion of major projects. Performing of engineering design / analysis and proposing solutions to problems which are partially defined and moderately complex in nature, requiring knowledge and experience within a given discipline / function. Developing of good relations with customer representatives, project and third party vendors. Providing of the technical guidance and / or directions to customer sub-vendors and other personnel engaged in: start up, tuning phase and commissioning phase. Providing of the technical guidance to customer and assisting in investigation and resolution of system related customer complaints. Resolve and / or recommend solutions to these complaints. Initiating on time reports to keep management and customer representatives informed on project progress. Keeping up to date on latest software and hardware developments. Participating in defining and performing acceptance tests. Approving of any field changes in the system installation, project functional and other system parameter.
Requirements: Degree qualified in control / power engineering. 5 + years of experience in the process control system industry, power generation. Strong experience of the DCS project application. Strong experience in Process Start up (Tuning) and Commissioning in the process automation, control performance. Familiarity with the Process Automation & Control Industry is a MUST. Willing to travel for more than 50% of the time. Prepared to travel whenever necessary and on short notice. Fluent in English, Russian. Good computer skills. Willing to work in a team.

SITE MANAGER: Power Generation Industry (SMPI260810PD)
An international supplier of process control solutions for the power generation and water treatment industry is searching for a Site Manager to run the company projects in Ukraine. This is a key role in the project which will be responsible for representing company at the various customer sites, provide technical leadership and participate in all phases of the project execution including design, installation, commissioning and system acceptance.
The main responsibilities are: Attend the site meetings with Customer / Investor. Represent company interest within delegated authority. Supervise and coordinate of equipment delivery, employees on assignment and Sub-contractors at Customer’s Site as defined by particular contracts. Prepare time schedule planning for projects execution. Leadership and participation in Engineering and Start up for Power Plants control. Participate in defining supervising and performing Site inspections and tests including acceptance tests. Monitor project and Start up progress, direct Start-up process to successfully achieve contractual targets. Assist in investigation and resolution of customer complaints. Resolve and / or recommend solutions to these complaints. Performing specific duties required by law within contract requirements, company assignments and personal qualifications. Follow guidelines as established in Quality Manuals. Develop Site procedures for quality, safety and efficiency.
The main requirements: University degree in engineering (Control Engineering, Power engineering). Minimum 5 years experience in the process control system industry, power generation. Strong experience of the DCS project application, in Process Start up (Tuning) and Commissioning in the process automation. Strong experience in Site Management activities. Familiarity with the Process Automation and Control Industry is a MUST. Willing to travel for more than 60% of the time. Prepared to travel whenever necessary and on short notice. Fluent in English, Russian language. Good computer skills. Willing to work in a team.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR for European Real Estate Developer (TDCC190710PD)
One of the leading real estate development companies in Europe is currently looking for a candidate to fill the position of Technical Director. The position reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for the technical execution of the development and construction process of the existing retail projects, bringing projects successfully from the initial conceptual design stage to completed construction.
Responsibilities: Define the project’s technical design parameters, definition and management of the construction cost budget as well as the overall project time schedule. Appoint the external design team (architects, engineers and other advisors) as well as manage the external design team meetings. Evaluate and optimize (together with the other team members) the overall project in terms of quality, time and costs throughout the development and construction process. Supervise and manage the efforts of external advisors in obtaining the necessary construction permits and approvals to start construction and afterwards to open the project. Manage tender preparation, selection and conclusion of agreements with general contractor for the project. Supervise the project during the construction phase. Cooperate with the center manager to prepare the management plan of the center after completion.
Requirements: Technical degree. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate business. Managerial experience is crucial for this position. Strong knowledge of local construction legislation and permitted procedures. Knowledge of local construction market, both in terms of prices as well as players (contractors and suppliers). Good command of English (intermediate or higher). Reliable, committed and result oriented personality. Excellent communication skills.
